8230;hat mich ganz schön mitgenommen. Am Samstag hatte ich körperlich viel zu tun, und es war kalt. Die Folge war, dass ich am Sonntag sehr erschöpft und durchfroren war. Der griff zum Honig, und ein Apfel-Ingwer-Chilli-Zwiebelsaft hat mir dann wieder auf die Beine geholfen. Seit gestern also bin ich umgestiegen auf Saftfasten, und es geht mir wieder sehr gut.
